Boughtons were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We were already selling our home through Boughtons, when unfortunately the property we were purchasing (through a different agent) fell through and we were back to our search. Fortunately, Boughtons were able to keep our buyers informed, quickly find us our dream home and managed to negotiate our purchase to completion within 7 weeks - meaning we got to move in before Christmas. A special shout out to Chaneli and Grace, who helped us secure our new home and also handled the after sales process perfectly - Chaneli took all the stress out of it. Amazing team and if we ever move again we will be using boughtons!

This was our second time selling our property and purchasing a new one through Boughtons. As with our past sale, from start to finish we had a fantastic experience; we had lots of viewings booked in, the communication was great, and I will always be grateful that they helped keep me sane throughout a stressful and complicated Land Registry process (a specific thanks to Chaneli for all her work!).
